hello forum i have at 2001 evinrure fitch ram i when to water and the engine no pass the 2000rpm in foward ,but when i press the hand pump yes when up but no more than 3300rpm when i have the engine in neutral yes the rpm go hi, i install new fuel filter,fuel tank,hoses i check for fuel flow is great but not pass2000 rpm does any one can help me with this please
