150 Magnum II Vs. 150?

I know that this has probably been talked about before but what are the differneces between a 1989 Mariner 150 Vs 1989 Mariner Magnum II 150?
I was just curious. I have a relative with a 150 Mariner and I just bought a 89
Champion 18'6" Bass boat with a Mariner Magnum II 150.
Any info would be appreciated.

The magnum has a 200 exhaust plate,200 tuner, advance box,small diameter lower unit ,different gear ratio and about 10-15 more hp
