150 xri charging system

I have a '95 150 xri that seems to be not charging as good as it used to.
It seems to have some output, but not like is used to. Could this be the stator or one of the voltage regulators? I have no idea how to diag???

I would suggest getting a shop manual for your motor. It will contain a troubleshooting guide. There are various tests you can do on the charging system components that involve the use of an ohmmeter, voltmeter, or DVA meter. My "guess" is that your voltage regulator is bad but I would not replace it without first confirming this with the proper tests.
