150h Sea Horse Carburetor Rebuild

I am cleaning and if necessary rebuilding carbs on my Carbs......have not done this before...any suggestions on instr. manual or something similar. I have taken off first carb. and little gun shy to completely tear apart. Does appear to be plugged up somewhat...probably 5 years or more since cleaned or rebuilt.

so I guess its at least 5 yrs old?
