valve body on 150hp force power trim/tilt everyone said it cant be rebuilt all so the book said it.But you can even the pin or needle oring can be replaced allmost got new one.just thought you would like to know.NO MORE LEEK DOWN
went to auto zone and got 2 o-ring kits and compleatly rebuilt valve body even the pin valve but no srings .my book said it was unservicable well its not
is this the tilt cylinder or trim cylinder?? if so is it the sam as a 125 and how do you get the top off the tilt cylinder? im trying to do the same thing to mine
yes the valve body at bottom of pump is the one I,m talking about.but be carfull once you have it off.there are 4 more bolts that can be removed but under spring presure so be carefull and good luck
after you take the valve body off there are 2 allen screws one on each side remove and take off the end cap but be carfull sring loaded and put new o-ring in and no more leak.well it fixed mine anyway and hope it will yours to.
ok you put the big spring in with the adjustment screw and the ball then the little spring? or does the little spring go somewhere else. i popped out when i was taking it apart and just guessed where it went. may be way tilt wont go down now
the little ball goes in little hole then the sring its opening is neer the center by the 2 gears -witch is were the other 2 large bearings go one on each side of the gears hope this helps
I,m glad this helps so many of us it took me 3 times before I got it to work ,and the book will show us nothing on this repair job .ya think they want to sell us a whole new pump.may the force be with us all.
the little spring goes in after the little ball bearing.as the little screw goes you got me on that one, dont remember one being in mine-sorry- sounds like your lift rams have to be redone there not holding so there bleeding back -I,ll check into this and let you know.also did you replace both small o-rings in the valves with allen head on it. see ya latter
