15hp Evinrude carb,DO YOU HAVE AN ANSWER?

There is a small rubber piece with a smallhole in it at the bottom of the fuel bowl that is pressed into bowl. While cleaning the carb, i took this out to clean under it and it split on me. What is this called and will the motor still run properly without it? Thanks

Its a late 80's early 90's model, Its in a lot of carbs. diagram calls it lower nozzle well gasket.

It is needed to get pressure on the Nozzle Well to make it seal properly, or it will suck air in the upper gasket.

thanks a bunch i am headed out on the water today and i was going to see what happens but ill fix it first
