I think this is a 1991 not sure though. It has a serial # of 063151 with a code of 684cs.

If someone could check that it would be cool.

Anyhow im not sure the water pump is working but i dont know how to check it. I know there is supposed to be water coming out from somewhere but i do not see any.

Can someone tell me where the water goes in exactly and where does it pee out.

Also is there anywhere to download the manual for this motor? I looked in the sticky but did not find one for a 15hp.

Water should be coming out of a small outlet located just below the main cowl of your motor,on the top/back of the midsection.If youre not pumping water after 30sec of start up,and/or if you dont know when last done,the waterpump needs a new impeller at a minimum.Possibly just rebuilt entirely.Easy to do and not expensive.The hard part for someone who hasnt done one is getting the lower unit back on correctly since waterpump is located inside it.Also if motor has sat outside at all,you might check the water outlet hole for a blockage.Some bugs like to crawl in there and call it home.Definately replace impeller in waterpump at least.And then do it every 2yrs minimum and rebuild waterpump every 4yrs,minimum.
