15hp Ted Williams (Eska) water pump question

Got this motor from my grandpa. The water pump went out on him and the motor overheated. He had a brand new tecumseh power head put in it, but during that time he bought another motor and had no need for this one anymore. Anyway, he told me that even after the rebuild ] the tell tale was not streaming water like it had previously. I put in a new impellar, lubed all the seals on the water pump with bearing grease, and made sure the water tube mated with the lower unit correctly. It is a pumping a little more water, but really it's still a little sputtery. Does this water flow look low to you guys? (see video)

looks good to me. does it get better ( the stream of water ) when you increase the throttle. Can you hold your hand under the stream is it really hot? Can you touch the head and is it really hot?

I can hold my hand in the stream for a few seconds, then it starts to get pretty hot to the touch. I didn't directly feel the head. The stream did get a little better as I throttled up, but in neutral there is a throttle lock so I couldn't open the throttle up very much. When I put it in gear, water went everywhere!

I'm planning on taking out on the water and testing it this weekend. Is there anything that I should look out for while testing?

make sure it pees and pray steam doesnt start coming out. I would check the temp of the water coming out to see if its extremely hot or cool.

Well like I said, it's definitely hot water coming out. When the motor has warmed up I can usually keep my hand under the water for about 5-10 seconds before it gets too hot
