I don't know if im just being over cautious,
but i just got the boat with a 2006 optimax 175. i have taken it out twice and it either didnt do it or i didnt notice till now.
It does not smoke at idle or while running
but after running a long ways and stopping and shutting the engine down a little bit of white smoke will slowly roll out from behind the motor... is this normal for a optimax?
My last motor was a '85 mariner 200 it smoked lol.... so i just dont know what normal for this optimax.
