could some one please help. I have a 99 triton that had a 115 johnson spl that went bad so i bought a 99 175 evinrude. i got it on line from someone that has a great rep and said everything works great but when i put it on my boat it wont start. it hits as soon as the key is turn and it will put out smoke out of the exhust but as soon as the motor hits it dies. the last motor was a carb and this one is fuel inj. he sent me a new key switch thinking that could be my problem, any ideas, thanks!!!!
