17ft CC Mitchell craft deck replacement

I noticed about a year ago that the floor in my boat was pretty rotten. i went ahead and took out the console and cut out all of the deck. this is about as far as i have got on this project due to the small amount of time i have to work on it. i just have a few questions on what kind of plywood i need to use to replace the deck. i have heard of marine grade ply and that it is some what expensive. what are my alternatives? and what is the best way to go about laying the plywood/ should i try and cover the deck with just one sheet or is using more than one adequate and sturdy when covered in some roven woven. I need all the help i can get!!! i will post pictures soon

1/2in or 3/4 in pressure treated ply..bring the plywood inside and allow to dry(could take a week or so) must use resin and fiberglass to make it water tight and to add strength..also you have Stringers which add strength to the hull and these probably have to be replaced as well..(they support the deck) Click the search button and go to advanced search, also click the box that says Entire posts and change to Titles only and search the word "deck" you will find all the info and pictures you need in those posts..

Pressure treated wood is unnecessary. You can use external grade and coat it, both sides, with epoxy. Or, coat the bottom with polyester and the top with a layer of polyester and chopped strand mat.

Use quality wood, seal it on both sides really well, and you'll have a floor that's better than what the factory used.
