How's it going smacd11? Looking for a starcraft are ya? That on will have the dreaded stringer out drive, but from the pics it look like it is is missing. If your into traveling a bit check out Craigslist in North Dakota and Montana, theres lots to be had.

Thanks dozerll. I already have a 1982 SS160 that I acquired last month. I just thought if someone in that neck of the woods was looking it might be real cheap.

That's exactly why Jas started the SC @CL & Ebay thread, Kijiji certainly fits & there are often ads posted from Canada.

Keep posting them as you find them.... Actually, other tin boat makers & interesting tin for sale show up there all the time too...

Sounds like the SS160 was (is) water ready & has already seen some use this season. Outstanding...

I will post boats for sale in that other thread from now on. My SS160 now has a dead ignition coil so I guess it is parked early for the winter. I was hoping to get out a couple more times this year but Inow I get to start tearing her apart for the o/h. I will start a restoration thread before I start the demo.

Hey smac, winter is coming fast this year eh. If your looking for online supplies for your rebuild let me know, after three years of this I have a accumulated quite a list of good ones for Canadian guys.
