18hp johson seahorse Year?

Got an 18hp johnson seahorse. Seeing if anyone can tell me the year and the gas/oil ratio? model fd-14 serial 2042387. any help would be great.

1960. 24:1 gas/oil mix. Use TCW-3 oil.
