I am looking for some parts for my 1950 WF-7 10 hp Wizard. Long story short! I bought the motor of ebay and the guy said it was complete. Guess what! " it ain't" I drove about 7 hours to get it and was very disappointed. Anyway, I ended up with it. After getting the old varnished gas out of the tank and shaking gravel around in the tank for about an hour i was able to get the tank clean and rust free. I cleaned the carb, set the points, and added a fuel filter due to the possibility of still having some trash in the tank. I Pulled it a couple times and it fired up :)
As mentioned I am missing some parts. I am missing the bottom cowling. If someone may have an extra bottom cowling or know where I get one, I would be most happy. Even If I cannot get one and someone has one that they can take a picture of that would help in the event, I need to manufacture one. I am not sure what it looks like. I can be reached at EDIT Thanks in advance!!!

It would be a good idea to read our rules, before you get yourself banned from iboats, Michael.

Post a free want ad on the classified ads forum at the Antique Outboard Club's website. www.aomci.org

BTW, right now there is some guy there offering a bunch of lower cowls for sale.

The Wizard WF-7 is based on the Merc KE7 and KF7 motors.
