SOB ! The darn pic down loading posting thing is a total pita with my phone . But thats happening on my end at the moment .. Ridiculously harder than it needs to be ...
The flaking plug is just the original filler they used then stain/varnished/painted over .. Just old and crumbly ..
The white stuff is just the old paint still left in the cracks and crevasses ...I have more pics but have seems as I cant find them now after down loading from my phone .. Hard to explain ..Lets say my SIL had something to do with it ..
Took the screws out and opened up a gap between the hull and the transom .
I hope I have enough aerosil ...
Bag O screws ....
All sealed up and re-screwed together ...
Me thinks this should help keep the water in the lake where it belongs ..
Funny I have had that in my garage for over a year now . A resinous flooring company at a job I did uses it in there product .. I mentioned to the guy that I use that stuff a lot with the boat projects I had going on ... He had some left over so he gave me a bag ...Should last a while !
Yah but...I keep forgetting she's a Plywood hull!!! I think I'd just used fine sanding dust and thicken some epoxy for screw heads and small gouges. Heck I'm just Old and Dumb so how should I know!!!
Curious on how they will do the show this year with all the docks getting torn up during the storm .
I guess a lot more on land and along the beach .. Tempted to enter the MFG but there may be limited space idk ..
