Wow, Jim that's absolutely gorgeous. At the time I couldn't find a pressure tank, and was unwilling to pay the prices that some people are asking on ebay.
Since then I bought a trailer and two truck loads of this man's outboard motor parts collection. $50 on ebay, I was the only bidder, and he lived 15 min. up the road. What luck! Project motors and more parts than I could ever use. In that lot were 5 pressure tanks all in good shape. So I won't be converting them over anymore.
Zephyr, 50's Evinrudes/Johnsons to me are stinking beautiful. A fun time in American design, it was all about the future. Extremely simple to work on, although this thread shoot's that statement in the foot.
