1954 7.5 hp evinrude hard time finding parts?

I have a 1954 evinrude 7.5 hp i am having a hard time finding parts for this motor please and help thanks for all the help.

Have you tried tcoutboard.com yet? They might have what you're after. Anything in particular you're lookin' for?? NAPA auto parts may also carry some parts...<br /><br />NAPA lists a the following sierra parts for your motor:<br /><br />Impeller 18-3001<br />Coil 18-5181<br />Carb Kit 18-7043<br /><br />Also, look at maxrules.com/fixomcindex.html

Pretty much all consumables are readily available. If you're looking to do a tune-up, hit a Johnrude dealer or NAPA (as Rick pointed above). If you're looking to do a complete overhaul, then you might be looking for awhile. With a 50-year old motor it's always best to start with one that is basically sound rather than trying to polish a turd...<br />- Scott
