where can i find one, also where can i find a seal kit for this outboard?

You local OMC/BRP dealer should carry both. Or try here @ iBoats or Laingsoutboards or Sea-Way.com...

The water pump housing is part number 303070, changed to 313543. The complete water pump is part number 382468. Compare and you will find the complete kit to be the better deal.
