1956 evenrude parts?

im look for some info. to were i can get parts for my 1956 evenrude i need new clutch dogs and bottom gears. can any one help me/ or used ones the whole assemmenly in the bottom that works the prop.it is a 30 hp.

The Big Twin lower units from 1955 well into the 1960s will work fine with your motor. You can't use one from any of the 40hp models, but any of the 25/28/30/33/35 units will work - if you swap it as a unit. There's lots of internal differences from year to year, so the gears from one may or may not work in another housing. Units turn up on eBay all the time, but it can be a crapshoot.
