Hi, I was wondering if anyone might be able to give me some info, I have a 1956 Firestone 10 HP twin cylinder with speedo and fuel gauge. I've had this motor for about 10 years and it's been sitting in my basement. It is in great shape and I had it running about 5 years ago, does anyone now what this might be worth or how I could find out? Any help would be great.

Hi ERacer4,
Your motor was built by Scott Atwater (and is a part for part copy of the same model/year Scott). Value is only what someone is willing to give for it. They're not uncommon and not very sought after in collectors' circles, so those that do want one usually don't have much trouble finding one. I sold a 5hp 'Stone at a swap meet last year for $40.00.
More info on the links page at www.aomci.org.
- Scott
