1956 to 1958 evinrude 18 hp

I have 2 numbers here on tag first one is 15024 - second is 52963 ,,, 3 was hard to read could be 7 not 100% sure on 3
just wanted to know what each # was need to order some parts oaky its a 18 hp fast win pull start block letters for evinrude colour blue & white made in canada peterborough ONT so which # is serial number and model # and is it a 1958 yr motor thanks Gary anyone have manuel for sale I pay shipping too.

Hi garyq. You can get most routine parts right here at iboats. Here's a link to a parts catalog and set of exploded diagrams for you motor. Once you've looked up the parts you need, check the iboats store to see if they have what you need. If they don't, marineengine.com and/or aomci.org are good places to look also. BTW your model number is 15024.

The 18hp Fastwin is infact a 1958, 15024 is your model number.

We just had an Antique Outboard Club meeting in Ajax this morning, you should have gone!

That 18hp Fastwin was built from 1957 - 73 and most parts will interrchange in those years. '57 and '58 though, are the closest in compatibility, partwise though and the best model years built.
