I can't get this baby started. I have replaced ALL ignition (new wires and plugs too) and have spark. I have 90 compression in each cylinder with the pull start. I rebuilt carb entirely, and did all tests per the top secret files. The electric starter will engage and turn flywheel but motor doesnt start. I completed all tasks per the top secret files for getting an old motor revived and yet I'm stumped. Spark plugs ocaisionally get wet when I try 3000 times (flooding). so I know fuel is coming through. Any ideas?????

Have you tried spraying fogging oil or starting fluid directly into the cylinders so you can get it to at least pop? Also, you might need to make sure your flywheel has enough strength in the magnets to ensure you are getting enough spark. I had to send my flywheel to Minnesota to get it recharged. If a screwdriver sticks to the magnet then you know you have enough.

Nick-yes I have and I can get it to pop when I do that. And magnet is strong. I did correct the spark issue and it jumps 1/2" or more

You should ask a mod to move this to the Evinrude/johnson outboard motor forum. You should get lots more traffic and help there.
