i have a 1957 rude 10hp that doesn't run and is kind of rough on the eyes but has compression and spark. i dont have the time to play with it. does any1 know if its worth selling or should i just scrap it? if so, whats a fair price to ask?
I never pay more than $50 for an outboard and have a fair number. If you don't have the time to work on it then your only option is to sell it. If you want to work on it it's not hard. Personally I'd ask $100 for it. You have nothing to lose.
thanks guys. yeah i have my hands full w a '69 25hp and a '71 6hp. no time for the '57 10hp. as you can tell, i only buy new. lol! i may steal the prop off of it if it fits my 25hp cause my 25's is beat but other than that, shoot me a private msg if you're really interested in the power head?
