Recently I took my motor to a repair shop to have it converted to a manual fuel pump to get away from the pressurized fuel tank, after I picked it up, I noticed that the cylinder head has been damaged, the top plug is completely striped out. Can anyone tell me what models will fit this and possibly where I can find one? Thanks in advance.

If it is a 30hp, then it must be a 1956 model year. If that is the case, then the ONLY head that will fit it is a 1956 30hp head. If your motor is a 1958, then it would be a 35hp and there are a few more heads that will fit - 1957 & 1958 35hp heads (NON-silent package motors with no t-stat) and later 33hp heads.

Easy way to fix it is to put a Heli-coil in the stripped hole. Take it to an autmotive machine shop. They do it all the time.
