1958 Johnson 35 hp Control model RDS20

I need the plastic gear rack that goes in the shift and speed control for the above motor. It is app 4 inches long and 1/2 inch square and has app 12 teeth on it. I have stripped out the teeth on both of them.<br /> Anyone have an idea where I might be able to get these racks ?? or can you use some other control box to replace the one that I now have.<br /> The engine runs great so I would like to fix it up.<br /> Thanks for any help you can give me...
