I just purchased a 1959 sea king with a 60 horse flying Scott outboard. It is in good floating condition. The motor runs well. I purchased it to take my kids out fishing and crayfish trapping. I was wondering if it has any collector value to warrant restoring it or if I just use it as is?
I would post a photo but I am to much of a newbie to the forum.
Thanks in advance.

There is little value in vintage boats, so normally unless you want to restore it to like new original condition for your own enjoyment people just use them.
