I bought the boat and trailer for $100. I just put the boat in my name but the trailer has no title. I hope that won't be hard to fix. The thing Im trying to figure out is what the wood seats looked like on this model FL from alumacraft.
Alumacraft said that model F had the Aluminum seats and the FL had wood. Im trying to find some pictures on the net of an FL but I can't find a thing. Alumacraft also told me they came factory all aluminum and no paint so I think the dealer that sold the boat may have painted it this color. So Im not sure if I'll try to take the paint off or not.

Re: 1959 Alumacraft FL

Hi,

First, check out fiberglassics and classic boathouse web sites...

As for the missing title... check out the "MA registration procedure for skimmer" thread on the Instant Boats site. (You may have to register there... But that's cool... I'm one of the mods and the site is clean.)

Check out: http://www.shareaproject.com/pages/projectTut,p,238,00.html

Google on: alumacraft fdr 1959... Looks like you might have quite a boat there...

I'll see what I can find on other sites...
