1959 Lark Head torque sequence

Hi I was wondering if anybody could help me with this. Im putting the head back on my out board today and I dont know what the sequence or how tight they have to be, I have a 1959 Evinrude 35hp Lark. Thanks

I just spoke to a machanic and he told me 17 foot lb is this right?

Close. Supposed to be 220-240 inch pounds = 18-20 foot pounds. Start with one of the center ones. then the one next to it. then the one above that one. keep going around in a spiral pattern. Don't tighten them all the way on the first pass.
