I would first like to thank every one for there help on here, taking the time to answer all my questions as i had no clue when i started this project and have learned a alot from that vast amount of knowledge from everyone one on here. So the boat is not done 100 percent yet( might never be) lol but my dream of getting her on the water has come true. It has been a hard but fun experience working on something i have never done. It has a 1964 28 hp evinrude motor on her that i had to replace the forward gear and clutch dog plus the seals, new water pump and hook up the controls and steering on and i coulnd not have done it with out you all
Here are a few pics of the maiden trip.

Congratulations on your new time machine. Nice job. That last picture could have been mid 60's.
