1959? Mckenzie 14ft runabout picture sharing

Hi All,

For all that had tried to help find the maker of my son's aluminum runabout THANK YOU!!! Finally it has been discovered, It's a Mckenzie, possibly a Cherokee model, but not for sure on that. We would love to see more pictures of other members Mckemzie runabouts from the same era. I'll start by posting pictures of his. Great little boat

Hard to believe no body else out there has a McKenzie. I know they are old, but I really didn't think they were that rare.

See thread McKenzie Boat Mfg. Co. ?????. There are a few of us out there. I just purchased a 1959 15' (15.5' on registration) with original 1959 Gale 35hp:

The seller bought it 5 years ago from the original owner. He said it was built as a 'police' model with dual spot lights and horn. It's rough but sound.

cool lookin' boat! She'd look great with '57-'58 35 hp Big Twin Johnson on the back too. They had the same maroon/white color scheme. Thanks for sharing. Very cool.
