I just got a deal on this 1960 MFG 14 ft Tri-Hull. I've searched everywhere & cannot find any info on this model boat. From what I've found, in 1960 MFG made 13 ft & 15 ft but no 14 ft. I measured the boat from end to end & it's 14 ft 2 inches. It's been decked out like a bass boat (I think the guy I bought it from did it). If anyone knows anything about these boats please let me know.

I highly doubt it is a 1960, maybe 1970. To check out what you have go to fiberglassics.com and then there Glassic Library. There is a ton of info on MFGs and with your exact measurments you should be able to narrow down what year it is. What year is the trailer and how about the motor? Looks nice, have fun with it!!

The Motor & trailer are both 1969. That makes sense that a 1970 would be on a 69 trailer, rather than a 1960. I'll see if I can get that corrected when I transfer the title over to my name.

The boat is probably a 1969 as well, may have been reg as a 1970[ but built in 69], then misread when someone renewed, could be a pain to get the DMV to change it.

I checked with the game commission today. (The DMV doesn't do boat titles, just the trailers) They said since the boat doesn't have hull id #'s on it they probably just put whatever year the previous owner told them it was. She said I can just send a note with my application & they will change it to whatever year I want. I'm going to send the product brochure for a 69 along with my letter also. Thanks for the help. It probably won't be for awhile. The previous owner had just paid for a year's registration so I'm going to ride that for the summer & put it in my name in the off season.
