is there any flot drop setting on this carb<br />primer bulb seems hard with high speed orfice plug removed what i call a drain plug

Sounds like you've got it set too lean. Adjust the idle mix richer with the idle mix screw. The knob may need to come off. The float should be set so it's even with the bowl gasket surface of the carb when you hold it upside-down.<br /><br />With the high speed oriface out, you should be able to pump gas right through the fuel pump to the carb bowl and out the plug hole. What are you attempting?

paul got this old girl running pretty good new coils wires and points condensers. gasket on carb bowl that went over the high speed tube was bad do you have any info on adjustment of choke hot air electric

Well I did it... with my 1960 johnson 40 hp, I accidentally removed the pivot pin instead of the oil drain and cannot for the life of me get it back in with it shifting properly.. PLEASE HELP!!!!!
