According to the seller the boat has no major issues, just upholstery and some wiring for the starter..
its registered...

Do you guys think this is a good deal for $500?
I'd like it to play on the lake with my wife and kids...
i dont mind a little TLC painting, wiring, upholstering...

anything i should look out for or be aware of when i do go and pick it up.. which might be tomorrow evening...

Thanks!!

I noticed that there are only two bucket seats, would it be possible to add another bench behind this one for a few more passangers?

Titles for both boat and trailer available? You are going to put it on water 1st to see if the motor runs and the boat does not sink, right? You will check the floor and transom for rot too? Might be a problem finding parts for that no longer made motor so you may be repowering soon. If you have factored all those items plus a lot of sweat and still think it a good deal-- go for it.

I'm deciding against that one, just because of the summer sun here is unbearable..

I'd like to find a boat similar to this one...

If i'm doing a search query, how would i specify boats that are covered like this one?
Sorry, total newb to boating..
