In case you don't or are unable to view it.......at the minimum it's going to need an impeller,coils and a carb rebuild. Change the lower unit lube as well. You can get all the parts from Napa.....I'm no outboard repair guy by any means but I was able to change the impeller,coils,condensors,points and lower gear lube all with the help from this board.

Thanks a lot guys. I keep hearing how great this engine is for it's age. I traded a $150 softball bat and $50 cash for a 14ft aluminum boat on a trailer and this engine came with it. I put $100 into the boat and trailer and they are ready to go. I figure if I can get this johnny goin' for a reasonable price then I got a pretty sweet deal.

I didn't know I could get the parts from Napa either. That's sweet.
