Does anybody use the original 7 pin wiring harness and switch to start and run their outboard? I can find throttle and shift "controls" all day, but finding a key switch and box with the original 7 pin wiring connection that goes to the outboard is proving impossible.
I know I could just wire up the ground to a battery, wire the positive battery to the solenoid, run another positive to the solenoid and a switch, and then run the two black wires to a kill switch.
But doing it the right way just makes sense.
Thanks
Chris
