1960 Seahorse Impellar

I need to change the impellar on my 1960 Seahorse 10hp but not sure where it is. Can anyone help me?

Pump is in the bulge above the antivent plate.
You should get your self a manual before starting any work on your motor.You may find one at the library or
here at iboats among other spots on the web.

It's in the bulge just above the anti-cavitation plate. There is an oval plate above that which you remove to get at the shift rod connector. Take the lower screw out of the connector, and 4 screws out where the bulge is, and drop the lower unit down. Voila! there is the pump.

theres also a long bolt in the back that you need to take the exhaust cover off to get to...
