Re: 1961 75hp prop question

Diameter should be 10" measure from center of the bore to the tip of a blade
multiply by 2.Prop hub should be the same diameter as the gearcase.

They will both work. Use the one that performs best on your boat/load. Of course, they take different prop nuts. But you can use the small nut on the big hub in a pinch.

The short version of a long story is that the small hub prop was designed for the 60hp to help it carry a heavy load. But it will give the same advantage on your 75.

so what would the other prop be best for? and thanks you guys this is my fits outboard. I mostely work on i/o or jet boats. I like the motor and i will only use johnson/evinrude motor cause that's what my grandfarther always used. You guys know your stuff.
