Had the boat out for the first time last week after winterizing it. Started right up and ran like a sewing machine for about a half hour. Then at about WOT just died like it was out of gas. There was still about 3 or 4 gallons left in the 12 gallon tank. Wouldn't start back up. I had the vent open. So that's not a factor. The lines were still intact. I did notice that it died right after I swerved to miss a goose. Next time I'll hit the sucker! lol Very confused at this point. Any help is greatly appreciated. Anyone who is familiar with me knows I've done some rebuilding on this engine.

Check to see that you have spark. Sometimes the wire connecting the points together breaks and your ignition fails. If you have spark, check compression. That motor should have 90+PSI and be even on all cylinders.

No spark.........plugs look good. Made sure timing was good. Starting to suspect the condenser. Wiring looked ok from what I could see. Not a whole lot of time to mess with her this weekend.
