i bought this motor last fall. at the end of last season it would die with anymore than 1/ throttle. this year it won't start. put in new gas and plugs. motor has spark. I disconnected the fuel line runnning into carb and turned it over...fuel shot out. motor will run as long as i shoot starting fluid in it. i replaced needle and seat and the float. carb looked pretty clean but i cleaned everything again to be sure. still won't start, won't even "pop" without starting fluid. i am lost with this problem and would appreciate any information....
