would a 1962 Evindude 60hp mechanical shift be a compatible replacement for a 1967 60hp Johnson Electric Sea horse? The motor is on a 1964 15ft Starcraft Ski Boat.
Hi Fajsam<br /> You will need to post model#s for both units. The info you have provided does not jive. The first year evin 60hp was 1964. The 1967 model was a mechanical shift. 1968 went to 65hp with hydro electric shift.
