That gearcase hase two stud's that hold the upper, and lower together. Under those stud's is a metal seal, like a spark plug seal, or washer. You can have a leak there. What you need is a gearcase pressure pump, and the ideal thing would be a pressure, and vacuam pump. If you were to pressurize that gear case, and put it in a tub of water, you would find your leak. That case has several source's of leak's. You could spend a lot of time, and money without the proper tool's. By the way, every one want's to do this pressure,or vacuam test with the gearcase at rest. Turn the drive shaft while under pressure, or vacuam, and see what you have. Does your Seloc manual mention those metal seal's under the mounting stud's? I would guess not.
