Welcome to iboats. As far as used stuff, I doubt you'll find much (anywhere, including here). By the time someone replaces interior parts in their boat, it's because it's pretty much garbage by then.
You will, however, find lots of ideas for fabricating your own pieces here. Also, the iboats marine store is pretty reasonable if you're not the build it from scratch type.
