sierra carb kits comes with new float needle and seat, but not float. the low speed needle gets reused. if you want the float, i believe the BRP kits comes with and without the float. Laingsoutboards.com, also has the sierra kit, and have the Brp Float. i prefer to recommend iboats, but sometimes things are easier to get at Laings. especially for the mature motors.
