So after cutting a piece of the fiberglass up I found spongy wood in small blocks but no stringers except a piece running up the keel, The fiberglass bottom is right under but very soft to walk on even hear slight cracking sounds. Let me know what advice anyone has, I plan on taking up the floor to the tip and the transom without being in the boat much and then laying fiberglass down to reinforce everything then work on the transom adding a stringer up the keel and adding bulkheads.
