i'm rebuilding and cleaning carb. I'm following a senoir tech advisor tashasdaddy apperently i'm suppose to have a special tool or a selfmade one? what's there is a brass bolt with a needle at the end i unscrew it out with my fingers and cleaned inside the hole stuck a wire threw everything was clean, stuck the wire up the little tube that goes from the high speed jet to the low speed seen the other end all cleaned, now the high speed jet alls there was to take off was the bowl drain plug i looked in hole and seen some green stuff i cleaned out as much as i can with wire (will clean better later) got it cleaned out so i can blow threw. Is there suppose to be something there meaning is the green stuff maybe a corroded part or a needle??? because there was nothing there period

Also the float how free moving is it suppose to be when i hold carb upside down i will lift float up a bit and when i let go it stays in place is it suppose to drop back down freely? P.S. i took the needle and seat out so i can lift float up alot

That green stuff is your problem. You need to dismantle the carb completely and clean all passages and blow out with air. The float should move up and down freely.
