Hi, I picked up a 3hp johnson from a friend, it runs like a dream but when I turn the gas petcock on after a few seconds it starts to run out of the carb? It does this while it is not running but when it runs I don't see any coming out. is this normal or is it something fixable? The model is JH20B Thanks!
