Hello, I'm having a problem getting fuel into cylinders. I have new fuel pump and rebuilt carb.
But when pull starting fuel isn't reaching the spark plugs. I know this because I have no spark(which I'll worry about later) and when I pull out a plug after trying to start the plug is completely dry. I seem to have pretty good compression, and from what I assume the compression would cause a vacuum drawing the fuel to the cylinders? (correct me if I'm wrong) So if thats the case what could my problem be?

Sticking carb float? Quick test. With the carb off and inverted, blow into the fuel nub. You shouldn't be able to blow through. Turn the carb right side up. Now you should be able to blow through it...
- Scott

I had the carb apart yesterday because, that's where I thought the problem woulb be but the float isn't sticking, and everything else seems to be working properly
