Ok, I will just have to wait a bit longer and get a few more things completed. BTW there is a decent stream of water coming out the pee hole. Any ideas on getting broken bolts removed? Thx for all the help everyone.

If they're broken off in a way that you can get a pair of vice grips on them, just apply a good amount of heat and clamp on.
