As most folks here will tell you ,You really need a service manual since you havent ever done one before. There are alot of previous threads that may help. If no water is coming out of the engine as it runs the pump isnt working. It needs to be cranked in a barrel and not connected to muffs to really tell.Unless you know for sure it was replaced recently you need to put one in. They dont last for years.

I'm sure it has not been change it has been setting for a couple of years before I bought it. I have a manual on the way. I was hoping to to get some info on how to do it? I was hoping to get it fixed before the 4th so I could use it. I will search the site to see if I can find some info thanks.

I got the impeller installed tonight it was pretty easy. I also drained the lower gear oil it had a little water in it is that normal after setting after setting for two years? I did a leak down test and it didn't loose any pressure so i was wandering if its just condensation from the two years of setting?

I had the same problem and when I changed the impellar still no water was told to blow air through the nipple were the water comes out and sure enough fixed the problem.
Was told that even a spider can clog it up.
