Well its not great but the engine should run, might not idle great. Has the engine been running or has it been sitting around and the ring might be sticking alittle, if it's been sitting you might use some Mercury engine cleaner to lossen the rings before trying to do much tuning

I got it out of the woods off the ground has been sitting a long time
